2. Stamp small sprig randomly over front of card in clear ink and emboss with sparkle powder using heat tool.

3. Stamp baby hands onto white stock with black ink. Let dry. Measure and cut a 2 ฝ” x 2 1/8” rectangle around hands. Apply Mehndi stamp along bottom edge with clear ink and emboss with sparkle powder. Glue to light pink cardstock and cut around edge using scalloped pinking shears as shown.

4. Lay scalloped piece on top of dark pink stock and cut around leaving approximately a 1/8” border. Attach scalloped piece to dark pink rectangle with pop dots.

5. Transfer oval pattern to white card stock and cut out with scalloped pinking shears. Cut two small slits at each end with craft knife.

6. Stamp words with black ink as shown. Let dry and draw in apostrophe with marker.

7. Weave pink ribbon through scalloped tag and secure with glue along back of card.

8. Glue baby hands to front of card. Glue small rhinestones to card referring to photo for placement.
